Wholesale Ordering Platform
Custom orders were going out with missing or unclear details, causing supplier errors and rework. Customers had no visibility on their order status.
A purpose-built ordering portal where wholesale customers submit orders through a clean, structured interface. Admins review, revise, and approve orders, then convert approved lines directly into supplier procurement orders, with full traceability at every step. No spreadsheets, no re-keying.
Recurring Invoice Tool
The same invoices were being manually recreated in Xero every month (same customers, same line items), which was slow and error-prone.
A simple internal tool that stores each client's recurring invoice lines and generates a full batch of draft invoices in Xero for any chosen month in a single action. The operator reviews and bulk-emails all invoices to clients directly from the tool.
Catering & Events Operations Platform
Quotes, proposals, menus, and invoicing were scattered across spreadsheets, email, and PDFs. Creating a polished client proposal took hours.
A unified back-office platform covering the full event lifecycle, from enquiry through quoting, AI-assisted proposal drafting, menu configuration, and Xero invoicing. Clients receive a branded review link for menus and proposals. The team has a single source of truth for every event.
